Ingredients
- 1 lb white asparagus, trimmed
- 8 slices Serrano ham
- 1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the white asparagus and cook for 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of Serrano ham.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chives, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
