Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 cup of chopped asparagus
  • 1 ham hock, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup of grated Gruyere cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and fit it into a tart pan.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the peas, asparagus, ham hock, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the mixture into the tart shell.
