How To Make Tamarind Chutney Recipe
A sweet and tangy chutney made with tamarind, dates, and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 cup tamarind pulp
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup jaggery (palm sugar)
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
Instructions

In a pan, combine tamarind pulp, dates, jaggery, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and water.

Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat.

Let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dates are soft and the chutney has thickened.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Once cooled, blend the chutney until smooth.
