How To Make Cauliflower & Bacon Pasta

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add cauliflower florets and minced garlic. Cook until cauliflower is tender, about 8-10 minutes.

  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet with cauliflower. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve the pasta topped with crispy bacon and fresh parsley.
