- 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the pre-made pie crust in a tart pan and press it firmly against the edges.

In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and heavy cream. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the rose water.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared tart shell and spread it evenly.

Scatter the fresh raspberries over the chocolate filling, pressing them slightly into the surface.

Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set and the crust is golden brown.

Remove the tart from the oven and allow it to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust the tart with powdered sugar.
