  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp rose water
  • Slivered almonds and pistachios for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice and drain.

  2. In a pot, bring rice, milk, sugar, and salt to a boil, stirring frequently.

  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until rice is tender and pudding is thick.

  4. Stir in rose water and transfer pudding to serving bowls.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  6. Garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios before serving.
