How To Make Israeli Malabi Pudding Recipe
A creamy and fragrant Middle Eastern dessert made with milk, cornstarch, sugar, and rose water.

Ingredients
- 4 cups of whole milk
- 3 tbsp of cornstarch
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of rose water
- Crushed pistachios, shredded coconut, or pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

In a pot, whisk together the milk, cornstarch, and sugar, making sure there are no lumps.

Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency, around 15-20 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the rose water.

Pour the mixture into small cups and let them cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.

Once set, top with crushed pistachios, shredded coconut, or pomegranate seeds and serve chilled.
