Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add mixed berries, protein powder, banana, almond milk, and honey (if using) into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again.

  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
