Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the chopped beets, frozen berries, sliced banana, unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
