Raspberry Lemonade Floats Recipe

Raspberry sherbet floats in a bubbly mixture of cranberry, raspberry, and lemonade.

How To Make Raspberry Lemonade Floats

A refreshing drink for the raspberry lovers!

  • 1 ½ cup raspberry-cranberry juice
  • ⅓ cup lemonade concentrate (or half of a 6-oz. can, thawed ice cubes, frozen )
  • 2 cup seltzer (or club soda)
  • 1 pt raspberry sherbet (or nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt fresh raspberries for garnish)
  1. In a pitcher, combine the juice and lemonade concentrate.
  2. Place ice in 4 tall glasses.
  3. Divide the juice mixture evenly among the glasses.
  4. Pour in the seltzer.
  5. Top each serving with a scoop or two of sherbet.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
  7. Serve right away with straws and long-handled spoons.
