Yummy, easy parfait desserts to make for your guests using fruit, light whipped topping, and gelatin!
How To Make Floating Fruit Parfaits

Ingredients
- ½ cup strawberries , or cantaloupe balls, sliced
- 1 pkg. strawberry flavor sugar free low calorie gelatin, or orange flavor
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed, light
- ¾ cup water, boiling
- ½ cup water, cold
- ¾ cup ice cubes
- 6 tbsp. whipped topping, thawed , divided, light
Instructions

Divide strawberries among 6 dessert glasses.

Stir dry gelatin mix into boiling water in a medium bowl until completely dissolved.

Add cold water and ice cubes; stir until ice is completely melted.

Remove ¾ cup of the gelatin. Pour mixture evenly over strawberries.

Refrigerate 20 minutes or until gelatin is set but not firm.
Prepare whipping cream-gelatin mixture:

Add 1 cup of whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended.

Spoon evenly over gelatin.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Assemble:
- Top each parfait with 1 tbsp. of the remaining whipped topping just before serving.
- Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.
