Yummy, easy parfait desserts to make for your guests using fruit, light whipped topping, and gelatin!
How To Make Floating Fruit Parfaits
Divide strawberries among 6 dessert glasses.
Stir dry gelatin mix into boiling water in a medium bowl until completely dissolved.
Add cold water and ice cubes; stir until ice is completely melted.
Remove ¾ cup of the gelatin. Pour mixture evenly over strawberries.
Refrigerate 20 minutes or until gelatin is set but not firm.
Prepare whipping cream-gelatin mixture:
Add 1 cup of whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
Spoon evenly over gelatin.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Top each parfait with 1 tbsp. of the remaining whipped topping just before serving.
- Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.
