Ingredients
- 1 package of pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup of mincemeat
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/2 cup of fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.

In a bowl, combine the mincemeat, diced apples, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon.

Spoon the mincemeat mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

Roll out the second pie crust and cut into strips for lattice design.
