  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Sprinkle the almond flour evenly over the puff pastry.

  4. Arrange the peach slices on top of the almond flour, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the peaches.

  6. Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the peaches, creating a rustic tart.

  7. Brush the edges of the pastry with water to seal.

  8. Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the peaches.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.

  10. In a small saucepan, heat the apricot jam over low heat until melted.

  11. Brush the melted jam over the peaches to give them a glossy finish.
