How To Make Orange Chocolate Tart

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 8 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of orange zest
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then whisk until smooth.

Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, sugar, and vanilla extract into the chocolate mixture.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and spread it evenly.

Place the tart in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.

Serve chilled and garnish with additional orange zest, if desired.
