Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the graham cracker crust in a tart pan.

  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the honey and sea salt. Let the mixture cool slightly.

  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.

  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.

  8. Serve slices of the salted honey fudge & chocolate tart with a sprinkle of sea salt on top.
