How To Make Pea & Spring Onion Tart

- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup of peas
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup of gruyere cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it in a tart pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together the peas, spring onions, gruyere cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture onto the puff pastry and spread it evenly.

Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set.
