Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1 cup grated gruyere cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan, trimming off any excess.

In a large skillet, wilt the spinach over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Spread the cooled spinach evenly over the pie crust.

Sprinkle the chopped anchovies and grated gruyere cheese over the spinach.
