How To Make Honey yogurt cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp of melted butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.

In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) round baking dish.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the cheesecake is set in the center.

Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
