Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 4 figs, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and press it into a tart tin.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond meal, sugar, softened butter, egg, orange zest, and juice. Mix well.

Spread the frangipane mixture over the pastry.

Arrange the sliced figs on top of the frangipane.

Drizzle honey over the figs.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the frangipane is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
