How To Make Raspberry Frangipane Croissant Bake

- 4 croissants, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, almond flour, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spread the almond frangipane filling onto the sliced croissants.

Place the raspberries on top of the frangipane filling.

Arrange the croissant slices in the greased baking dish, overlapping slightly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the croissants are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
