Ingredients

  • 24 lobster and shrimp ravioli
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup champagne
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions.

  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic and cook until softened.

  3. Add champagne and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.

  4. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, then add red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve ravioli with champagne cream sauce.
