How To Make Lobster Ravioli with Creamy Tomato Sauce
Delicious homemade lobster ravioli in a creamy tomato sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 package of fresh ravioli
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the ravioli according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add crushed tomatoes and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and stir until it forms a smooth sauce.

Add chopped lobster meat and mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add cooked ravioli to the sauce and toss until well coated.

Serve hot, garnished with more Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
