- 3â…–ozinstant vanilla pudding mix,(2 packages)
- 2cupsbuttermilk
- 12ozwhipped topping,frozen, thawed
- 20ozpineapple chunks,(1 can) drained
- 11ozmandarin oranges,(2 cans) drained
- 11½ozfudge stripe cookies,(½ package)

In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mix and the buttermilk. Fold in the whipped topping. Mix in the pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges. Chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
