Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until well combined. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  2. Fold in half of the whipped topping until fully incorporated.

  3. Layer half of the sliced bananas in the bottom of serving dishes.

  4. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.

  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining bananas and pudding mixture.

  6. Top with the remaining whipped topping.

  7. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafer cookies and sliced almonds (if using) over the whipped topping.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.

  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
