How To Make Tomato Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pre-made pie crust and place it in a pie dish.

Layer half of the sliced tomatoes on the bottom of the pie crust.

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the tomatoes.

Sprinkle half of the chopped basil over the cheese.

Repeat layering with the remaining tomatoes, cheese, and basil.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the pie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
