  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and carrot until softened.

  2. Add the minced meat and cook until browned.

  3. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
