  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 pre-made tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Sprinkle a few raisins in each pre-made tart shell.

  4. Pour the butter mixture over the raisins, filling each tart shell.

  5. Place the tart shells on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
