- 200g white chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- White chocolate shavings, for garnish

Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth and remove from heat.
