  • 200g white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth and remove from heat.
