  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a tart pan.

  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, sugar, melted butter, and almond extract until it forms a crumbly dough.

  3. Press the dough into the tart pan, covering the bottom and sides.

  4. Spread the mixed berries over the dough.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the berries in the tart pan.

  7. Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
