What better way to get you in a happy mood than having a slice of pie? These baked dishes are perfect for those who can’t get enough of flaky pastries. From an apple variant to a lemon meringue, these pies pastries recipes will satisfy your pie and pastry cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 cup of mincemeat
  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour and sugar. Add the cold butter and rub it into the flour mixture with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.

  3. Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of 4 individual pie dishes.

  4. Spoon the mincemeat evenly over the crumble base.

  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the mincemeat.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the rolled oats and chopped almonds. Sprinkle this mixture over the crumble topping.

  7. Place the mini pies on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

  8. Allow the pies to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
