Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

  3. In another bowl, combine the condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and grated ginger. Stir until well incorporated.

  4. Pour the lime and ginger mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

  7. Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar over the bars and cut them into squares or bars.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
