Ingredients

  • 8 sausage links, cooked and chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat a muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Divide the chopped sausage evenly among the muffin cups.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each muffin cup.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the eggs are set in the center.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing the muffins from the tin.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
