How To Make Beef Sausage and Parmesan Muffins
Savory breakfast or snack muffins packed with beef sausage and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 beef sausages, chopped
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Add chopped sausage to the dry mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, and egg. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in grated Parmesan cheese.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
