- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
