- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup prune juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water

In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a pot of simmering water. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine the prune juice and vanilla extract. Set aside.

In a small saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks, granulated sugar, and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
