Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 cup mixed exotic fruits (such as mango, pineapple, and passion fruit), diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth and set aside.

In a saucepan, combine the diced exotic fruits, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the fruits are soft and the liquid has thickened into a jam-like consistency.

Take four clean jam jars and spoon a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each jar.

Add a layer of the exotic fruit jam on top of the chocolate.

Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with a layer of chocolate on top.

Allow the jars to cool completely before sealing them with lids.

Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
