Total: 60 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup mixed exotic fruits (such as mango, pineapple, and passion fruit), diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth and set aside.

  2. In a saucepan, combine the diced exotic fruits, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the fruits are soft and the liquid has thickened into a jam-like consistency.

  3. Take four clean jam jars and spoon a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each jar.

  4. Add a layer of the exotic fruit jam on top of the chocolate.

  5. Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with a layer of chocolate on top.

  6. Allow the jars to cool completely before sealing them with lids.

  7. Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.

  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
