How To Make Raspberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the fresh raspberries, honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until raspberries begin to break down, about 5 minutes.

Mash the raspberries with a fork or potato masher to desired consistency.

Stir in the chia seeds and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, until the jam thickens.

Remove from heat and allow the jam to cool.

Transfer the jam to a clean jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to set.
