Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and ground cinnamon over medium heat until the mixture just starts to simmer.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let it cool to room temperature.

  3. Once cooled, transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.

  4. Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  5. Transfer the churned ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

  6. Serve the cinnamon ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy!
