How To Make Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream
Creamy ice cream loaded with swirls of caramel and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 oz Cinnabon cinnamon rolls
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls into small pieces and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted.

In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Stir in the caramel sauce.

Fold in the toasted cinnamon roll pieces.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
