Ingredients
- 1 cup blackcurrants
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blackcurrant preserves
Instructions

In a blender, purée the blackcurrants until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add the blackcurrant purée to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Transfer the churned ice cream into a lidded container. Swirl in the blackcurrant preserves.
