Ingredients

  • 2 cups blackcurrants
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the blackcurrants until smooth.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir in the blackcurrant puree.

  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar while whipping.
