How To Make Blackcurrant No-Churn Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups blackcurrants
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions

In a blender, puree the blackcurrants until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir in the blackcurrant puree.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar while whipping.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the blackcurrant mixture until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
