How To Make Chocolate-Dipped Cardamom Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can of condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 tsp of ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup of chopped pistachios (optional)
- 1/4 tsp of sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Pour the condensed milk into the melted chocolate and add ground cardamom. Mix well.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Optional: Sprinkle chopped pistachios and sea salt flakes on top for added flavor and texture.

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

Once firm, remove the fudge from the dish and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Optional: Melt additional semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each piece of fudge halfway into the melted chocolate.

Place the dipped fudge on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
