How To Make Prawn Cocktail on Toast

- 8 slices of bread
- 200g cooked and peeled prawns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
Instructions

Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Add the prawns to the sauce and mix well to coat.

Place a lettuce leaf on each slice of toast.

Spoon the prawn mixture onto the lettuce.
