- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.

Grease a flan dish or individual ramekins and arrange the cherry tomatoes, bacon, and thyme leaves on the bottom.

Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes, bacon, and thyme, making sure to distribute it evenly.

Place the flan dish or ramekins in a larger baking dish filled with enough water to reach halfway up the sides.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the flan is set and golden on top.
