- 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Add the cold butter to the dry ingredients and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Place the sliced pears in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Spread the crumb mixture evenly over the pears.
