How To Make Cherry & Raspberry Gratin

- 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the cherries, raspberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine.

Divide the fruit mixture evenly into four individual gratin dishes or ramekins.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and almond flour until smooth.

Pour the cream mixture over the fruit in each dish, making sure to cover it completely.

Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top of each gratin dish.

Place the dishes on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the gratin is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
