Ingredients

  • 4 nectarines, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the nectarines, raspberries, and granulated sugar. Toss to coat the fruit evenly.

  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, sliced almonds, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until crumbly.

  5. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the fruit in the baking dish.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
