
How To Make Blueberry Buckle
Every slice of this blueberry buckle is a soft, zesty treat packed with fresh blueberries! It’s topped with a cinnamon streusel for a tastier dessert.

Ingredients
- ¾cupwhite sugar
- ¼cupbutter
- 1egg
- 2tsplemon zest
- 1½cupsflour
- 2tspbaking powder
- ½tspsalt
- ½cupmilk
- 1tbspflour
- 1½cupsfresh blueberries
For Topping:
- ¼cupbutter,plus 1 tbsp
- ¼cupbrown sugar
- ¼cupwhite sugar
- â…“cupall-purpose flour
- ½tspground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8-inch pan.

In a large bowl, cream the sugar, butter, egg, and lemon zest until fluffy.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add them to the sugar mixture, alternating with the milk mixture just until combined.

Toss the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of flour, then fold the blueberries into the batter. Spread the mixture in a prepared pan.
Topping:

Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, flour, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until crumbly.

Sprinkle the topping over the batter.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
