How To Make Apple Crisp Cups

- 4 large apples
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.

Peel and dice the apples into small pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.

Place a spoonful of the oat mixture into each muffin cup and press down to form a crust.

Divide the diced apples evenly among the muffin cups, filling them to the top.

Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the apples, pressing gently.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
