Ingredients
- 2 celery roots, peeled and chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Add the celery root and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
